    • 91% of the cost of a major kitchen remodel and 98.5% of the cost of a minor kitchen remodel can potentially be recouped at resale.
    • 93.2% of the cost of an upscale bathroom remodel and 102.2% of the cost of a minor bathroom remodel can potentially be recouped at resale.
  • The average mid-range bath remodel costs $10,000 and the average minor kitchen remodel costs $14,900, but your budget will be determined by the extent of your project and your selections.
